Poppy Hills Golf
Course in Pebble Beach is a Robert Trent Jones II design that opened for play in 1986 and is home to the Northern California Golf Association. It is the first course in the United States to be owned and operated by an amateur golf association.

Poppy Ridge Golf Course in Livermore is the second and newest NCGA Members' Course, joining Poppy Hills in Pebble Beach. Designed by Rees Jones, 1995 Golf Digest Architect of the Year, this 27-hole layout is much different than Poppy Hills in that it only has one original tree on the entire course. That oak can be seen on the eighth hole of the Chardonnay course, one of many picturesque holes at Poppy Ridge.
