Group Reservations
If you have a group of 12 or more players, you may reserve tee times for your group up to one year in advance. Our Tournament Director can assist you with the plans and details for your tournament.

Group Policies
- Group outings are booked one year in advance month by month. Written requests are accepted for any month starting January 1st of the prior year. At that time the request will be put on file for the respective month requested. All bookings from written requests will be done within the first week of each month.
- Contracts are sent to the Tournament Coordinator and must be signed and returned within 30 days of receipt.
- 12 is the minimum number of golfers to reserve a group booking.
- Carts are mandatory for groups.
- Full payment is due at Poppy Ridge 31 days in advance of the event date. Groups will lose their reservation if payment is not received.
- Cancellation / Refund Policy
- 31 days in advance: no penalty.
- Reduction fees of $10 per golfer for slots filled due to cancellations within 14 days of the tournament play date.
- Check in 30 minutes in advance.
- Speed of play: 15 minutes per hole.
- Dress code: No tee shirts, tanks tops or denim jeans. Men’s shirts must have a collar and sleeves. Shorts must have an inseam of at least four (4) inches.
- Non-metal spikes are required. Ceramic spikes are strongly discouraged.
